Plagiarism Check

The peer‑review process is at the heart of scientific publishing. As part of Media Edukasi Data Ilmiah dan Analisis (MEDIAN)’s commitment to protecting the integrity of the scholarly record, MEDIAN feels a strong obligation to support the scientific community in all aspects of research and publishing ethics. All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are strongly encouraged to run a similarity check (please use Turnitin) before submitting their work.

MEDIAN editors will also screen every manuscript using Turnitin. Any submission showing evidence of plagiarism will be rejected without exception. Once a paper is accepted, the final camera‑ready version will undergo a second similarity assessment. The overall similarity index must not exceed 25%, and similarity to any single source must remain below 10%.
